IO Interactive is currently looking for a Stability Producer to join Project 007 , a brand-new James Bond video game to be developed and published by IOI. Featuring a wholly original Bond story, players will step into the shoes of the world's favourite Secret Agent to earn their 00 status in the very first James Bond origin story.

As a Stability Producer , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability of builds, resolving bugs with the highest priority, and driving broader stability initiatives within the team.

What you will do:

• Be the linchpin for build stability across the project, collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Exercise authority to prioritize and resolve critical bugs promptly, maintaining stable builds.
• Facilitate the delivery of builds to stakeholders, including User Research, external partners, and studio management.
• Structure and maintain visibility of all builds within the 007 project.
• Collaborate with Release Management and QA during crucial branching and stability phases.
• Keep abreast of developments in game and technology teams.
• Assist developers in resolving code and data integration issues.
• Support testers in daily regression test suite development and maintenance.
• Guide development teams on architectural decisions to minimize integration issues.
• Drive broader stability initiatives in collaboration with teams like TechSupport and QA.
• Collect data on stability, identify key issues, and influence behavioral changes within the team.
• Create FAQs addressing common issues.

Who you are :

• Experience as a producer in the AAA or AA industry. 
• Friendly, open, and helpful attitude.
• Calm under stressful conditions with a proactive approach to prevent failure.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
• Structured work approach with technical proficiency.
• Comfortable with unpredictability and adept at multitasking.
• Seeks opportunities and takes responsibility.
• Good understanding of structured installations.
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft desktop software.
• Familiarity with Version Control Systems (e.g., Perforce).
