What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively manage accounts
- Be the point of contact for the client. Establish excellent relationships through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs, and building engagement
- Identify upsell opportunities & ensure smooth contract renewals
- Identify any potential problems and proactively find solutions
- Lead a smooth and swift program implementation and onboarding
- Work to increase students' utilization continually
- Identify expansion opportunities
- Anticipate customer problems and provide immediate follow-up on customers at risk.
- Analyze activity KPIs for your customers and detect potential issues.
- Work closely with the Academic Director to ensure the account is running smoothly
- Hold Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with clients
- Will report to the COO
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish
- At least 2 years of experience with account management in a B2B company
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Creative-thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Apps and Excel
- Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
