The main tasks and responsibilities will be :

Lead the development, implementation, management and monitoring of all the company's and legal entity administrative processes including purchases, and general services.

• Lead the interaction with peers in all departments to achieve common goals.
• Ensuring that the existence of critical points are highlighted, and that there is open communication with internal and external interlocutors;
• Ensuring that reporting procedures are in line with the Group's guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with tax requirements, ensuring the correct reporting of statutory accounts, legal and tax reports;
• To be an active partner in the management of Customers, collaborating with the commercial area in finding the best available credit solutions, bearing in mind the preservation of an adequate level of risk.
• Support and advise the BLM's, Business Controller and General Manager, with tools and analysis of business trends and the performance of the product line, allowing the control of business risk and the response to business opportunities.
• Develop synergies and processes integration at an Iberia level.

We are looking for :

Degree in Business Management / Finance.

• Solid knowledge and experience in Finance, management procedures and information systems;
• Leadership skills and organized, efficient and hands-on.
• Dynamism, self-motivation and proactivity, in the sense of moving forward with actions and inspiring others to achieve results;
• Fluency in Spanish & English.
