Read more about BH Bently Nevada at: with the bestAs an Early Engagement Sales Director, In this role, you will lead senior-level relationships with key EPC and MAC customers and you will have strong focus on early identification and influence on green field projects. You will facilitate cross-regional collaboration and develop a clear strategy to win these green field projects and actively participate in the FEED and Pre-FEED stages of these projects. This is a global Bently Nevada strategic sales role where you will enable and drive growth in full coordination with the regional sales organization.  Early identification and communication of project activity and strategy to relevant stakeholders is a primary responsibility. In this role you will also establish C-Level relationships with the main Global FEED/Pre- FEED contractors and drive partnership collaborations with the main stakeholders involved in the long-term sales process and cycle of a greenfield project. As an Early Engagement Sales Director, you will be responsible for:Be responsible for influencing the FEED and Pre-FEED stages of a project with the goal of specifying Bently Nevada as a sole source. Enable the regional sales organization to collaborate and work together to maximize Bently Nevada scope on cross-regional projects for green field sites. Developing influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and develop strategies to identify new project activity as early as possible.  Developing global project strategies to win and maximize scope and margin. Working closely with the support team and Bently Nevada Global Project Leader, including sales, commercial operations, finance, product support, engineering and others in the implementation of strategies to win. Providing leadership, coaching, and development for the regional sales team through early project identification, cross-regional collaboration and communication to Bently Nevada senior leadership. Establish partnership collaborations with the most relevant FEED / Pre FEED contractors in the region through the development and execution of long terms win to win strategies , strategic agreements and assuring customer satisfaction. Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge and experience. Have considerable experience in large greenfield projects in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation and/or Industrial industry. Knowledge of Digital solutions and new energies and frontiers. Have long terms affinity with the main business dynamics in the control and automation area and with strong technical knowledge of the relevant solutionsHave strong oral and written communication skillsHave strong interpersonal and leadership skillsHave demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projectsHave an ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs Have established project management skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
