The Senior Business Analyst Customer Data Platform is responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization product team and partnering with the Marketing Automation US team to design and implement tech solutions to enable campaigns and journeys that drive customer engagement and personalization at scale to improve customer experiences and brands outcomes.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Drive forward thinking and innovation within business w.r.to tech driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversation with consulting approach together with other Data, Digital & IT functions and partner with Business to drive Business transformation via technology, co-own transformation outcomes.
- Create technology business cases and investment plans, pricing out solutions with respect to internal and external resources, licenses for software, training, application security testing, ongoing operational costs, etc.
Partner with finance, procurement and other internal teams.
- Measure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by Marketing Automation Products, improve the 'ease of engagement' with DD&IT for the business and function as key business partner for business continuity.
- Articulate the voice and priorities of the customer, define the vision, roadmap, and goal of the Product, identify, and prioritize features to be delivered through the Product Backlog and ensure that the Development Team understands items to the level needed.
- Cooperate with the Product Line Manager and Product Manager to determine the resource requirements to support the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and the Scrum Master on a regular basis, help define feature acceptance criteria and test cases, act as the primary liaison with the end customer and business sponsors and deeply understand the business strategy and communicate it effectively to the development team.
- Attend daily scrums, release planning and retrospective meetings, facilitate demos and customer feedback sessions, help define feature acceptance criteria and test cases, assist with grooming the feature backlog, participate in solution design and delivery.
- Ensure solutions meet business and / or customer needs throughout the product lifecycle and identify methods to improve current team processes and quality standards.
