We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative Renewable Energy to provide high-level customer support for our client, who is a leading global specialist in systems and solutions for photovoltaic technology and renewable energy. In this occasion, we are looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative Renewable Energy with a native level of SWEDISH and advanced English language skill. **We offer**: - Permanent full-time contract. - Working hours from 8 to 16. - Competitive salary of 21000gross/annual euros + 3500 gross/annual euros of incentives plus a 1500 gross euros sign bonus. - 5 weeks training under contract. - Training start date 31/07/23 and training hours from 8 to 16. - Office based work with a later possibility of working remote. Tasks- Responsible tasks include answering complex technical customer issues by phone and online web tools and providing support to other departments of our client. The Technical Customer Support Representative Renewable Energy is responsible for using communication and troubleshooting skills to provide customer support to electrical installers and end customers of our client. **Requirements**:- Required languagesSwedish - Native or bilingualEnglish - Advanced (B2-C1)- A technical associate degree or equivalent combination of education is required.
