Fulltime Retail Sales Manager to start in September 2023 for a high-end Home brand in Barcelona. TasksJob Description:Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the storeAssessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problemsWorking with cash registers and processing payments, exchanges, and returns as per store policySending a summary of invoices on a daily or weekly basisSetting and attaining sales goalsThoroughly learning about our productsGiving customers advice about sales and promotionsRecommending the best products to customers for their specific needsInventory Management including updating inventory and products on the Shopify store, creating barcodes when neededCleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing. We require someone who is able to lift heavy boxes and go up and down stairs for inventory restocking purposes. Attending meetings with staff to set weekly goals and review progresWork Hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 10AM to 2PM and 4PM to 8PMLocation: Sant GervasiCompensation: 1906. 08 EUR GROSS salaryRequirementsPersonal Requirements:Language: Castellano and English are mandatory.
