About the role
What you need to know :
Technical and specialized local business support to Casualty, EIL, Marine, Financial Lines, Property and A&H lines of business :
Financial Lines portfolio reviews (financials, public notifications, etc.)
Automation of risk questionnaires delivery for renewal info for MLC business
Financial Lines and Marine renewal preparation. Automations to get portfolio analysis and present efficient reporting including claims and finance, for UW renewal decision
Tacit Renewals provisional cancelation management with automation of cancellation letters and follow ups (any LoB)
Tacit Renewal portfolio exceptions within the renew as expire process (automation of renewal with change proposals, etc.)
Automation of SME / Flow platform business quotes follow up
Automation of eMatrix loss activity reports and policy filing
Direct debit information set up
AIG Marine cargo preparation files for UA support and Broker requests (including premium adjustments) AIGMarineCargo (OceanWide)
AIGMarineCargo users, policies and renewals set up
Professional Indemnity Corredores Program Management (Insurance Brokers PI policies Program with 1300 policies / 1,3 M € GPW)
Automation of policy documentation
Generation of Bis for SSC to book
Controls
Regulatory reporting preparation and delivery. Controls :
Consorcio SIR
FIVA
CICOS
AR files
EDITRAN
Producer contacts Data base maintenance (for use in documentation delivery automations and KPI reportings, etc.)
KPI Management
Major accounts (MNC) claims KPIs / Reporting
Strategic projects support (SCUP / FLOW) where necessary
What we’re looking for :
Experience in insurance industry (within Business Analysis or Underwriting support depts)
High School graduated required. Law or Business Administration degree will be a plus.
Fluent English skills (written & spoken)
Advanced user of Microsoft Exc
Excellent customer service and attention to detail
Result driven
