What does it mean to be an Associate Director Business Analyst in Advanced Therapy team?• This experienced Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating user requirements into technical specifications. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of IT projects for one of the Cell & Gene Therapy products and enhancing overall business efficiency. • Engage with global business leaders and leverage the appropriate IT teams and Functions to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value. Act as an advisor providing guidance to improve global business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and development teams, to gather and analyze user requirements. • Conduct thorough research and analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. • Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories, to ensure the accurate and effective implementation of IT projects. • Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities to ensure project deliverables are completed within scope, schedule, and budget. • Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance and clarification on user requirements, ensuring that technical solutions align with business needs. Perform rigorous testing and validation of IT systems and applications to ensure they meet user requirements and perform as intended. • Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing and validation. Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IT systems, addressing user issues, resolving technical problems, and recommending improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), IT Service Portfolio and with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions and services wherever applicable.We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.
• Experience IT business analyst with experience in business requirements analysis.
• IT business partnership: Stakeholder relationship, Building new business cases, Building portfolio of projects. • Experience in productization at global scale. • Experience in Agile & and DevOps practice knowledge. • Enterprise mindset, end to end delivery in matrixed organization at enterprise level. • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and oral).
