Job description
DOGA has more than 60 years of experience in the development and production of automotive components. With affiliated companies in Italy, USA, Mexico, Brazil, China, India and Morocco we sale our products to more than 70 countries and operate in multiple markets, including industrial vehicles, buses, trains, agriculture and construction machinery, boats, motorcycles and passenger cars.
We are looking for a Sales Assistant , reporting directly to Sales Manager. As a member of DOGA's Sales Team, he/she will be doing job tasks.
ESSENTIAL TASKS
- First-level customer and potential customer support, registering and redirecting inquiries or complaints.
- Order management:
- Maintenance of customer files and price lists.
- Review of orders and data entry.
- Direct management with external customers and subsidiaries:
- Attention to their requests: processing offer requests, basic technical information management, etc.
- Problem resolution: project milestone delivery delays, unpaid follow-up, etc.
- Document management, records, classification, and archiving.
- Opportunity/Project Management: support in CRM maintenance; opening and monitoring of GID's...
PROFILE REQUIRED
- CFGM/S in International Trade, Administrative Management, or similar.
- More that 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the industrial or automotive sector.
- Advanced level of English is essential. German is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proactive, dynamic and high capacity for work and resolution.
- Customer-orientation and focus on continuous improvement.
