Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administrator / Developer to manage our core system, support the organization and drive processes and system enhancements.
This is a unique opportunity to join a booming Software Business environment under such a key role that will directly impact business agility and success
The candidate must have experience in SFDC Administration with ideally custom developer skills in SFDC. They should be business-savvy: a passion for Business support and an extra-mile mindset will be critical differentiators in candidate selection.
The candidate must be able to work independently once given the direction and objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and translate them into strategy-based technical solutions recommendations.
- 2nd Level administration and support of SFDC platform and connected API. Including, but not limited to : troubleshooting escalated cases, managing and setting up users, object customization, fields, record types, page layouts, validations rules, Permissions and Security.
- Understand Master Data Management criticality and Manage mass-updates when necessary.
- Help manage a queue of pending projects and requested enhancements.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Design, Configure, Project Manage and ultimately deliver enhancements and new functionality to support the business using the Force.com platform features including: custom objects and fields, Flows, approval processes, Apex code, Lightning Web Component and Visualforce.
- Apply change management processes for documenting, communicating, and testing code releases from Sandboxes to Production environments (including Data load / Conversion).
- Follow standard coding practices, keeping custom code organized, readable, maintainable, and documented.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS or similar.
- Min 3 years in SFDC application administration (Admin or Developer certification a significant plus) with strong understanding of SFDC platform architecture and out of the box functionality and configuration.
- Lightning Experience and Salesforce CPQ/Billing a definite strong plus.
- Strong working knowledge of APEX (classes, triggers and web services), Lightning Web Component, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, Visualforce, Force.com platform.
- CI/CD and Git understanding a plus.
- Fluent English is a must; other languages can be an advantage (French, Spanish)
- Business urgency and Business no collateral minded.
