SCF HQ is looking for a Remarketing Cross border Sales Representative, based in our Boadilla del Monte (Madrid) office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Remarketing Xborder Sales Representative you will be under the scope of the Leasing Business. You will be in charge of fostering the international customer portfolio: hunting and farming international traders; aftersales management, including claims and payments follow up; coordinate the sales processes launched by all local entities through the global sales platform; main point of contact with third party auction houses; sales activity reporting, including logins, bids and sales;

 The ideal candidate is a real expert in B2B used car sales, familiar with Remarketing activities at large, with commercial skills and market knowledge.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Ensure the optimal development of the auction platform.
• Find cross border traders to participate in the online auctions and onboard them.
• Farming the portfolio of traders and foster the competition and level of purchases.
• Ensure the CRM is diligently maintained and that all clients are compliant with SCF policies.
• Coordinate the sales flow between the different entities adding cars to the global platform.
• Establish an optimal sales routine and scheduling based on offer and demand.
• Monitor the creation, running phase and vehicle awarding processes.
• Ongoing assessment of each channel’s sales performance and optimization of channels.
• Be the main point of contact for XBR dealers, traders auction houses or third party sellers.
• Follow up due payments.
• Manage aftersales claims.
• Close interaction with the Operations team for client issues related to logistics suppliers (transport companies, compounds…) and with the rest of the Remarketing department and local Remarketing departments.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 4 year-experience in a similar position within professional sales and/or Remarketing;
• Experience in international commerce is a plus.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate programme completed) or equivalent;

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced level of English and Knowledge of additional European languages (French, German, Italian…)
• Strong communication skills;
