Job Description
As our Technical Analyst in the Tech team you will:
- Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to bot and domain fields.
- Contribute with other teams on technical documentation, collaborate on knowledge base, and resolve or guide internal questions
- Assist in the process of developing, testing and maintaining new implementations (related to bots) and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- High knowledge of nature and domain configurations
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
- Knowledge Looker
- Basic SQL
- Basic HTML
- Analytical thinking
- Teamwork
- Continuous communication with other teams
- Fluent Spanish is a must
