Description Graduate Expert Program: Your chance to realise your talent and shape your future. Our Saica Graduate Expert Program is a two years program which has been designed to grow in making an impact of the world while developing professionally and personally. Successful candidates will be provided with a structured learning curriculum developed to strengthen skills and competencies to become an Expert in their function and a results-driven leader. This includes "on the job experiences", extended leadership contact, formal training and professional development. Our Graduate Expert program is as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as a Sales & Commercial Graduate Expert. Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are: Sales: * Participate in the definition of new customer search strategies, carrying out the necessary prospecting for developing potential customers and for information to determine their potential. * Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization´s products and services. * Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and potential customers to find out their needs and provide solutions and services to maximize our customer´s satisfaction and our company´s volume growth and profitability. * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. * On-going co-ordination with customer service to monitor orders, claims, planning of visits and contacts with customers, receivable arrangements, etc. * Propose the account plans for his/her key customers and monitor them. * Attend meetings, together with customer service, with the Regional Sales and Commercial Manager (Tier 1 meeting). *To track their sales activity for securing year-end achivement, launching at earliest stage actions and/for sales projects to offset gaps if needed. *To adhere to the medium-term vision (strategy) to sheer theis daily activity and related decision-making process. *To assure their annual sites sales budget excercise is allgned with our annual budgeting excercise and with our long-term goals. *To Build strong relationshipis with Customers and Develop Cross Funtional Account Plans where appropiate *To secure the timely launch of any reporting to be shared with main SFX Stakeholdiers. *To regulary and accurately update Platform documents with latest information and ensure dear actions are documented and tracked. *To identify systematically the prospects that fit our Sales Strategy and plan and execute their movement from the working Platform to the Buying Platform. 0 años

Requisitos mínimos

Requisitos mínimos: Minimum requirements Academic Qualification: - Just graduated in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, or similar. - Experience: have experience in a similiar role, maximum of two years working experience since the graduation. - International experiences (Erasmus, ...) is a plus. - High written and spoken English (C1) - Advanced level in MS office and expert in MS Excel.
