Job description
SEEKING : Solution Architect
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to participate in the definition of the overall IT architecture strategy with a strong Enterprise Architecture vision supporting the creation of the Horse Reference Architecture Operating model and applications roadmap
Minimum Requirements
This includes the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture infrastructure and application architecture as well as ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
He/she should has excellent technical analytical and project management skills a strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
He/she ensures IT Strategy supporting the digital transformation of the company.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Ensure alignment of the IT architecture with the overall business strategy and goals.
Understanding business internal functions business development strategies and IT processes and suggesting improvements
Translate business requirements into a functional system specification which guarantees the roll out of systems and services as requested
Support and implement the overall IT architecture strategy for Company including infrastructure applications data and security in collaboration with Companys Global Architect Director
Work closely with project teams to provide technical guidance and oversight on the design and development of solutions and services ensuring alignment with the overall IT architecture strategy and business requirements
Develop and maintain best practices standards and guidelines for solution and service design and delivery
Design application architecture solutions based on analysis of business requirements
Review User Stories informing the team about other ongoing initiatives/projects or applications in operation that may already respond to similar business requirements
Translate user requirements into Horses reference architecture defining impacts on the landscape and leading the design and development of scalable IT Systems
Communicate the IT architecture & data strategy and plans to stakeholders business leaders and external partners
Maintain the updated product architecture documentation
Support when necessary the design of integration services (API first approach) to be defined by the platform experts of the platforms/applications involved providing technical oversight best practices standards and guidelines and guidance to other IT teams
Identify and manage IT architecture risks and issues
Support IS/IT teams and business in case of internal and external audits

Freelance Contract
Rate: 240 /280 per day VAT (According to the experience provided)
From 3 to 6 months Project
Location: Alcobendas Madrid Hybrid (In person 3 days a week in the office)
