We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving/buying furniture, etc., giving choice and flexibility to allow people to plant their roots anywhere 💥.

We are looking for a Real Estate Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona. As a Real Estate Business Developer you will be responsible for sourcing, touring and acquiring apartments that meet the Ukio apartment criteria.
Your goal will be to forge relationships with property developers, large institutional property owners, and independent landlords to acquire a consistent amount of highly unique apartments in Barcelona. You will also help manage existing relations with property owners, family offices, and residential brokers that are part of the Ukio network. Lastly, you will drive all lease negotiations and agreements with our property partners.
We are a start-up, so you’ll be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.
