Vulnerability Management Software Engineer
Employment Area: IT - Security // Location: Barcelona // Employment Type: Full-time
We are in the process of building our new vulnerability management platform from scratch, and Python is our programming language.
You will be able to participate in the different parts of the project such as the requirements gathering and definition, architecture design, and the development of a solution that processes millions of data in real time.

Software development of intuitive dashboards with a variety of graphical visualizations, efficient and reusable Splunk searches, custom scripted Inputs, custom platform related features in Python and JavaScript
Experience with event driven system design and architecture
Experience with APIs for data on boarding
Maintain a development environment based on Docker
Work closely with members of the Information Security Team to examine and understand customer requirements and develop the best solutions for our customers
Write good documentation for our customers
University degree in information technology or comparable education;
3+ years of working experience
Good knowledge of Python and JavaScript
Basic Knowledge of IT-Security
Ability to think and learn quickly, outstanding analytical skills and creativity in finding solutions
Willingness to pair, get things done and optimize, enjoying working directly with customers
Practical experience with the following technologies: Splunk, Python3, Docker, MongoDB, Redis
English language – advanced level
