Job description

We are looking for a passionate professional with 2-4 years’ experience as a Business / Strategy Consultant or as part of a Corporate Department (preferably Strategy, Finance, M&A ) in a multinational company, to join our Corporate Strategy team. You will be a member of our growing and multidisciplinary Corporate Strategy team, falling under the CEO’s Office corporate function, collaborating in several projects across the company : strategic plan, business development, investment analysis, competitive intelligence, etc. The position will be located in Madrid, with a hybrid work model (remote and office). What will you do? Help in the definition of the Group’s strategic planGuidance provision on key strategic issues, both from organic and from inorganic point of viewInvestment opportunities, valuations, and business modelling review. Definition of the Group asset allocation strategyAssessment of potential corporate strategies, collecting and analyzing all the relevant informationResearch of the key markets, industry sectors, competitors, and market trendsConstant relationship with the 5 business lines within the Group (Cash, Security, Alarms, AVOS and Cipher) as well as corporate departments (Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, Human Resources, . . . )Proposals presentation for informed discussions with the Executive Committee. Advice the CEO on commercial, product development, operational, and financial strategy #LI-MA2What do we expect from you? Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, with a strong academic backgroundBetween 2 to 4 years’ experience in Business / Strategic Consulting or as part of a Corporate Department (preferably Strategy, Finance, M&A )Master in Business Administration / Finance or similar is appreciatedAdvanced business knowledge / Deep financial skills are a must Business valuation, Financial statements, Return on InvestmentsConfident and highly skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (highly advanced level required), but also PowerPoint, Word or OutlookStrong analytical / problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal & written)Social skills enabling to connect to stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAdvanced level in English (other languages are a plus)What do we offer?
