The role - As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating new potential clients and business opportunities for the Spanish market. You will be comfortable and effective with 100% outbound prospecting, via phone, email, LinkedIn and whatever is necessary to achieve the objectives. You will be the first person to bring our solution to the market and the representative of our solution. You will take responsibility for building the path and generating the demonstrations for the Account Executives. Job requirements - Native level of Spanish and intermediate English. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BDR/SDR (100% outbound). Experience in cold prospecting and generating high volumes of qualified meetings. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Ambitious and competitive person, with leadership potential. Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce. Benefits - 30 working days of paid vacation per year. Very competitive compensation package.
