Job description
We are currently hiring an experienced and dynamic Testing Project Manager (LQA) for our Localization Testing Department. To be successful in this role, you should a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Testing Project Manager (LQA), preferably having worked at some point for a testing service provider. As a Testing Project Manager (LQA), you will manage testing projects from RFQ to the final delivery. You will be in direct contact with clients and have full ownership of project execution. You will deliver respecting the agreed timelines and budgets, providing high quality standards at all times. RESPONSIBILITIESTake full ownership of each phase in the project life cyclePoint of contact for clientsPreparation of proposals for RFQ’sCreation of test plans and strategiesTesting media and hardware preparationManage internal and client databasesSuccessfully prepare and execute multilingual projects within agreed timelines and budgetsCoordinate and manage multiple testing teamsEvaluate and select testersREQUIREMENTSAdvanced Project Management skills including strong communication, planning, organizational and reporting skillsAbility to follow instructionsFollow Company policy and valuesFollow established processes and create new onesExperienced in project planning, budgeting, risk analysis, mitigation, resource planning and organizationExecution and management of multiple teamsCapacity to take ownership of the project and successfully solve unexpected issuesProactive and positive “can do” attitudeCapacity to work as a team member as well as independentlyCapacity to manage multilingual projects in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where schedule changes are part of planningHardware knowledge including updating firmware, transferring and launching digital media, debug and PC toolsExperience with online and mobile testingUnderstanding the importance of quality, customer service, confidentiality and securityAble to negotiate effectively without compromising relationships on either side of the chainWillingness to improve and learn, support other team members and go the extra mileTools: Jira, Mantis, Test Track Pro, DevTrackIT literacy: especially Microsoft Office suite, VisioLanguages: English at a native or near native level.
