We are seeking an experienced and strategic HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex HRIS projects, ensuring data integrity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and systems efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of HRIS systems, including but not limited to HRIS modules, payroll, timekeeping, performance management, and learning management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system specifications, and develop project plans to meet business needs.
- Oversee data management processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain HRIS policies, procedures, and documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing system issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Partner with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements, automation, and process optimization.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of HRIS data and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure data security.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HRIS to recommend innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, coordinating testing and rollout activities to minimize disruptions.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements to ensure timely delivery of services and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in HRIS management, implementation, and optimization, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in HRIS software such as Oracle HCM, Peoplesoft, ADP, Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in HRIS or relevant technology platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English
