Our marketing efforts are targeted to a multicultural audience that spans six different languages. What duties and responsibilities will you have as a Recruiter? * Carry out end-to-end selection processes for internal positions, ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding * Collaboration with Hiring Managers, working closely with them to understand their needs, provide feedback on candidates, and streamline the recruitment process. * Posting job vacancies * Screening of candidates * Conducting interviews with candidates * Providing candidates with feedback * Coordination of meetings between the candidates and the area manager * Follow-up of the performance of new hires * ATS maintenance * Quantitative and qualitative reporting of interviews and candidates What do we offer? * Be part of a dynamic, international, and growing team * Training program and professional development: possibility of studying and learning in the world’s best universities * Excellent offices at the Méndez Álvaro area in Madrid Minimum requirements: What type of skills and requirements are we looking for? * Proficient level of Spanish (C2) * Advanced level of English (C1-C2) * University education (bachelor's degree) * 5 years experience in recruiting and headhunting * Good communication and negotiation skills * LinkedIn Recruiter * ATS (Bizneo) * Office (word, excel, powerpoint), CRM and database Don’t miss out!
