This role will be dealing with a range of international tax responsibilities and will be part of a team working closely with business. We offer you a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development. **Be a part of a team where you will**:- Ensure tax structure and model is aligned with company objectives and strategy- Be responsible of keeping Glovo tax policies up to date and duly implemented across countries and business units- Keep developing internal control processes to ensure Glovo is tax compliant- Participate in strategic projects as POC for taxes- Identify, recommend and implement opportunities to optimise Glovo tax position- Actively partner across the organisation to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders- Set and review team goals and targets for achieving operational results- Manage tax consulting services provided by external advisors- Lead and develop a team of 15 people- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference**You have**:- 12+ years of proven experience working in a similar role or in a combination with a Law firm or Big4- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and address complex domestic and cross-border tax matters- Ability to think strategically while also executing- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay organised and prioritise- Strong team mentoring and leadership skills- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- English full professional proficiency.
