We are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor who, reporting to the project manager, will be responsible for conducting global audit projects across all areas of the different Grifols Business Divisions. What your responsibilities will be You will provide independent assurance and consulting services that are focused to improve the quality and effectiveness of the governance, risk management and internal controls of the organization. You will document and present audit reports to the project manager and/or senior management. You will apply knowledge of internal and external business conditions to identify incidents or events that could impact the organizations’ strategy, objectives or risk profile. You will analyze the underlying reasons of issues identified in an audit and determine cause-and-effect relationships of issues. You will apply knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and make recommendations for audit strategies based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of business risk. Minimum of 3+ years’ audit experience. Big four experience preferred and/or internal audit. Extensive knowledge of business processes with their typical functions, common accounting entries, relationship with financial statements, and critical risks. Participation in SOX assessments, in fraud/anticorruption investigations and business risk services projects are highly desirable. Advanced level in Spanish and English (C1). Proficient knowledge of MS-Office suite (Excel). Experience with SAP is valuable. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and to work as part of a team. Attention to detail, planning and analytical skills. Dynamic, proactive and decisive person. Ability to travel internationally (30% of time as an average).
