- ServiceNow certification
- full cycles in ServiceNow projects and +5 years as SecOps ServiceNow Developer
- Integrations pertaining to Security Operations (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Major Security Incident Management and Configuration Compliance)
- ServiceNow Configurable Workspace development for SIR, VR, and MSIM
