Job description

A degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or analogous , which support your experience in process industries.

• Exposure to industrial installations is an advantage.
• Experience with energy efficiency projects engineering and implementation is an advantage.
• Being fluent in Spanish and English. On one hand, many of our clients are in Spanish and non-Spanish speaking countries, and on the other hand our work requires day-to-day collaboration – in English – with other AFRY offices.
• French language is an interesting advantage.
• Willingness to travel
• Energy efficiency calculations of systems, processes, and individual equipment.
• Energy audits for the industrial sector.
• Feasibility studies for improvement projects.
• Our projects are national and international , lasting from short-term assignments to over one-year projects.
• Most of the work we do requires team working and you will be responsible for the delivery of the project. This could involve planning the work, supporting the team, anticipating challenges, leading by example, and accountability towards the client (with more senior support when required).
• You will be part of a multidisciplinary team , where you will oversee the development of process diagrams, balances, implementations, specification, optimising industrial processes, equipment procurement, i.a.

AFRY is now looking for a project accountant (Project Accountant) for permanent employment. In this position, you will participate in the tasks of financial management of projects in an international working environment, from the beginning of projects to their end. You will also assist with financial accounting for the company.

Your will work in our Zaragoza Office .
