FM Operation SL. is a new company based on the Costa del Sol, at Estepona. It is preparing its brand launch for the US market in the jewellery industry.
The team is made up of specialised personnel with high experience and skills in the development of each stage of the company.
Our project projection covers not only the entire U.S. market, but also points of sale in major European cities.
Our aim is to position ourselves as a luxury brand and to be a reference and pioneer in goldsmith technology.

We are looking for an Senior Graphic Designer with a very feminine and elegant style to join a new creative team, responsible for the creation and adaptation of creative pieces of our brand to different formats for reuse both online and offline, and able to bring our ideas to life.
Our new creative graphic designer will enjoy working in an international environment and will collaborate with a creative team to develop a global concept.
The goal is to translate great concepts into original, fresh, innovative and very feminine visual campaigns that stimulate the target audience.
Responsibilities:

Generate creative ideas and concepts in the creative team.
Understand creative initiatives, strategic positioning and target audiences.
Cooperate with the rest of the creative team in different types of media.
Take the work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
Manage and generate visual pieces for the brand.
Keep abreast of all trends in graphic and artistic design and maintain best practices.
Help achieve great artistic development for marketing and promotional pieces, including print, online, mobile and experiential campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing team members in the development of internal advertising campaigns.
Requirements:

High level of English.
5+ years of proven work experience as a Creative Designer.
In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, formats and how to optimise creative for each.
Practical experience in designing corporate applications, typography, colour, image selection and packaging design.
A taste for feminine, elegant, high-end design is a must.
Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
Knowledge of audiovisual and production tools is a plus.

Great ability to work as part of a team.
3D animation knowledge is desiderable.
