What to expect?

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in guiding, mentoring, and supporting our software development team to drive and execute client projects successfully. This includes overseeing all aspects of client projects, from gathering requirements and planning development strategies to ensuring successful implementation and fulfillment of client expectations.

The key responsibilities will include:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client projects, gathering requirements, and translating client needs into actionable project plans.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring open communication and alignment of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and high-performance software solutions that meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Plan and execute development strategies, including resource allocation, project scheduling, and risk management, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
• Provide training and assistance to team members, promoting continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Which skills to bring?

To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with proven track driving teams for successful project delivery.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Python.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to provide technical guidance, empower and influence others.

And if you’ve got these in your back pocket, consider it a bonus:

• Experience with client-facing roles, including gathering requirements, managing expectations, and delivering presentations.
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Clickhouse) and DevOps practices.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum Master).
