Job description

Summary

About the Role: Cooks require basic culinary skills or related cooking experience and good communication skills.  This is typically a production position that requires i n-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. Capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner. On a daily basis must monitor food production, quality and consistency. 

About the Restaurant:  An experience created to share: The menu surprises with a variety of Creole tapas, national snacks, anticuchos (marinated and grilled skewers), ceviches, tiraditos (Peruvian-style sashimi) and other specialties for sharing. Additionally, at the Maymanta bar, you can savor dishes such as Salmon with tiger's milk, crispy won ton, toasted peanuts, and chives; causas, escabeche, spicy mayo, avocados, and tomatoes; or Squid chicharrón with glazed achiote and spicy pineapple salsa.
