Department:The International Markets department is responsible for optimising development and driving performance to maximize the local market potential of all brands and products. Purpose of the role:You will focus on supporting the overall delivery and performance of the market. You will assist in devising, agreeing and implementing effective strategies and procedures to meet and exceed the company objectives & targets at market level. You will be responsible for maintaining at all times an up to date, operational understanding of any and all regulatory, compliance, and or, licensing information relevant to your market. You will work with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent and effective strategies are agreed and implemented at local market level. You will be responsible for: Strategy and PerformanceDriving operational goals and KPIs for the market to meet and exceed the Head of Spain’s strategy and objectives, Managing and driving ‘performance to budget’ for your region and working closely with other internal teams to influence and drive activity, Analysing, evaluating, adjusting and implementing effective strategies to drive growth and success in your region, Working closely with Growth, Brand/Content, CRM Managers and Head of Spain to ensure operational processes align with marketing initiatives and vice versa. Project Management & Stakeholder Management & Influencing Leading various internal projects from those aiming to improve customer experience to more backend improvements such as Banking, Risk/Fraud, Customer Service or Compliance projects, Driving technical changes and optimisations to ensure a top-of-the-line customers experience, Developing close working relationships with all relevant stakeholders across the business, Leading collaboration with regional teams to align on methodology, systems, processes, and reuse of content.  Compliance ManagementStaying on top of Compliance and regulatory movements for the region and work closely with the Compliance team to ensure our policies and processes are always up to date, Ensuring all stakeholders are aware of the regulatory requirements and are always remaining compliant, Compliance monitoring and ensuring priority is given to remediation projects and report back to stakeholders on its completion, Ensuring Responsible Gaming and AML/SOW rules are adhered to - work closely with the central teams involved to achieve the highest level of localisation, Ensuring Customer Verification rules and commercial objectives are considered and work closely with the central teams involved – from KYC through to SOW/SOF.  Reporting Generating and presenting performance reviews of the region to stakeholders, Ensuring the reporting for your region is accurate and consistent, Ensuring good flow of necessary information and results across multiple teams and stakeholders, Working closely alongside the AI team to have relevant and detailed data analysis for any areas of concern in the region, spotting trends and addressing them early on.  You will have:Provable success in comparable roles,  Significant experience of working with a range of teams, developing strong relationships including product developers, legal, compliance and marketing specialists, Ability to conceptualise, discuss and present marketing ideas internally and externally, Willingness to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment, Good product and industry knowledge, Good understanding of the local market, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Spanish and English, Excellent presentation skills, An understanding and interest of the Digital business landscape.  Person Specification: Results-focussed attitude and solutions orientated, Positive and approachable manner, Ability to work autonomously and to multitask, Excellent attention to detail, Strong analytical skills.
