Tasks
The CEO Assistant plays a pivotal role within Grupo La Familia focusing on ensuring the smooth operation of accounting and administrative tasks across two key entities: Cascada Marbella and Costa Rentals. This position directly supports the CEO a cofounder of all Grupo La Familia companies in various tasks and aims to standardize and maintain exceptional accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Cascada Marbella: Take full responsibility for the accounting department ensuring accurate financial records and reports.
- Costa Rentals: Assist the Project Manager with tasks such as checkins checkouts and accounting responsibilities.
- General: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO in diverse areas contributing to the efficiency and success of the organization.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administration and accounting.
- Skills: Must possess a vehicle have excellent proficiency in Excel and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Qualities: The ideal candidate should be customercentric exceptionally organized and possess a solutionoriented mindset.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in the tourism industry is highly valued though not mandatory.
