Your mission: The Business Developer would play a key role in expanding the business on the B2B and B2C landscape while building relationships with new and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Selling and advising our innovative services to IT Freelancer as well as organisations and recruitment agencies
Support in setting sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition
Developing a portfolio of prospects through different sources (Sales Navigator Networking etc) and followup
Managing the whole sales cycle from initial prospect to finalising and closing the deal
Analysing and understanding the need in order to propose appropriate solutions
Negotiating contracts with clients
Building and managing portfolios of clients across the appointed regions
Liaise and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of service provided
Participate in online and offline events
Ensuring the quality of the clients and consultants experience and the outreach of Hightekers in the B2B/B2C market
Profile:
Fluency in English and Spanish written and spoken is essential
Fluency in an additional European language (French Italian Portuguese Polish Dutch) will be an advantage
Previous experience in Sales Business Development in a B2B environment
Previous experience working in a similar industry (or umbrella EOR recruitment agency) is a must for the role
Proficient user of CRM system and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Wellspoken with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A strong cando attitude and sales driven with the ability to manage time and different projects
Problemsolving skills
Previous leadership experience or eagerness to progress into a management role would be ideal for the role
Conflict management and resolution skills
Strong negotiation skills and team working spirit
