Our Business Unit Data Manager RMI serves the European Aftermarket with manufacturer-compliant data-driven solutions & and services that facilitate repair and maintenance processes with a focus on efficiency for our clients.
As a B2B Product Marketing Manager, you'll conduct market research, define product positioning, and develop tailored marketing campaigns. Your role involves the development of impactful marketing material, fostering customer relationships, and analyzing performance for continuous optimization. Engaging with Sales, Product Owners, and Customer Support is key to ensuring cohesive product positioning and successful marketing campaigns within the automotive industry.
This role can be started as soon as possible, is unlimited full-time employment, and can be performed within Germany, Spain, or the Netherlands within your home or in one of our sites (see all sites here ).
As B2B Product Marketing Manager Automotive (m/f/d) your tasks will be along the full customer journey of our business unit:
Market/Customer Research: Perform in-depth market research to identify industry trends, define customer needs, and analyze competitor strategies.
Product Positioning: Highlight the benefits of TecRMI products to distinctive branches in the automotive market.
Cross-functional collaboration: Engage closely with Sales, Product Owners, and Customer Support to ensure integrated product positioning and marketing efforts.
Marketing Materials Development: Lead the implementation of compelling marketing content & and campaigns for a wide variety of customers.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain robust customer relationships, identify marketing and sales opportunities, and leverage insights in product usage to refine product features and marketing approaches.
Performance Analysis: Systematically assess the performance of products and effectiveness of marketing initiatives, aiming for ongoing optimization.
Your profile:
Education: Completed studies in business administration, communication, media sciences, or related disciplines.
Tech Savvy: Eager to keep up-to-date knowledge of technology and industry trends to create relevant marketing content and help the team stay on top of current developments.
Marketing Tools Proficiency: Proficient with essential marketing software, including HubSpot, various Content Management Systems (CMS), and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
Strategic Vision: Combines strategic vision with technical knowledge to understand market and customer needs.
International Experience: Significant involvement in international marketing initiatives, ideally with SaaS and PaaS offerings in the Automotive sector.
Flexible work approach: Ability to work autonomously on specific objectives and collaborate effectively across departments to achieve optimal results.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; German proficiency is advantageous.
