We are looking for a successful UX/UI Product Designer!!

The Role
As a UX/UI Product Designer at Crisalix, you will be responsible for creating end-to-end user experiences for all our products and take them to the next level. We are looking for a modern designer, passionate about building unique products collaboratively and participating actively in all phases, from discovery to delivery to ideation.
The UX/UI Product Designer is expected to be deeply customer-oriented and understand the value our Crisalix products are bringing to those customers.
At Crisalix, we believe that consistent innovation is achieved when every member of the product team contributes their passion and ideas to solve our customers’ problems. As a UX/UI Product Designer, you will need to work closely with teams of Engineers working on different technologies and with one or more Product Managers to discover effective solutions and bring them to market successfully.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the UX/UI Product Designer at Crisalix are divided in 2 areas:
Designing a holistic User Experience (UX) for our Customers.
Use design thinking techniques and user-centred design principles to create and iterate on design solutions that meet our customers’ needs
Conduct user research to understand in depth our customers’ needs, behaviours and pain points (i.e. customer interviews, usability & prototyping sessions)
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and brainstorm solutions that fit those needs
2. Prototyping, User Testing, Visual Design (UI)
Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes to guide design and development of multiple products
Create pixel-perfect designs for all supported platforms and products based on the Crisalix style guide
Lead user testing initiatives with Product Managers and implement/monitor systems to keep track of how our customers are using our products to identify areas of improvements

Skill Set
Our ideal candidate for the UX/UI Product Designer role at Crisalix would have:
4+ years of professional experience in user experience and digital design
Very high proficiency in UX/UI software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop.
Demonstrated proficiency designing across multiple platforms (Desktop Web, Mobile Web, iOS, Android)
Demonstrated understanding of design thinking techniques and user-centric design principles
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, including adapting to new challenges, scenarios and work methods
Ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to proactively identify usability issues, take ownership and create potential design solutions
Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
An open mindset to receive constant feedback and constructive criticism
Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Any other language, especially Spanish, would be a plus
We would also value highly positively
Experience in technology products directed to doctors, clinics or patients
Experience in working with 3D or AR products
