covering order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM & Order Status Suite with a high quality, efficient and customer centric approach We'll be a great match if you:Are native or proficient in Dutch with advanced English & French Belgium (good to have but not mandatory)Focus on proactivity, self-motivation, and a solution-orientated mindset within a teamShare our values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and WOWHave strong communication skillsKnow of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc)Are customer driven and motivation to work in salesAre achievement and target orientedHave IT knowledge and technical understandingHave Minimum of 1 year relevant experienceHave strong personal interest & curiosity in IT products and applicationsHave real capability to listen to customersAre able to conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needsHave exceptional customer facing and customer care skillsDon't meet every single requirement?
