Description:The role will play an active support in accelerating Schneider Electric Big Data and Analytics platform and will contribute to enhancing, automating, and accelerating implementation of data security, business intelligence, advanced analytics, search, and recommendation functionalities. The platform will support users to access the reports to derive insights and make strategic decisions across corporate functions. This role will be exposed to a global work culture, collaborating with different business units of Schneider Electric, and team members distributed between Boston, Paris, Grenoble, Bangalore, and BarcelonaResponsibilities:The person in the role will be responsible for driving program management frameworks, operational structure that supports engineers, stream leaders and product owners. You will play a key role in bringing and maintaining efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of data and analytics platform. You will also be critical in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leading effective execution of functional development for the product. As a TPM, you will drive development of functionalities between engineering and product strategy with a bias toward an attitude of urgency, proactiveness, and initiative that results in tangible impact. You thrive when given the chance to create or optimize systems and have a customer-centric mindset. This role is looking for an individual who can lead and manage delivery of product functionalities, understands software development lifecycle, worked on Agile methodology and someone who matured into the program management role with previous experience in technical delivery as developer or as a lead. Work closely with your Product Owners to develop strategy, and roadmapsWork with pipeline manager and engineering team on issue creation and prioritization Drive software development processes to enable teams, from sprint planning to retrospectives, with an eye towards optimizationKeep track of team’s involvement on sprint tracker and maintain standards to keep proper sprint documentation Build reports and data analysis to understand delivery progress to make informed strategic decisions on engineering executionBuild reports to measure product and infrastructure health (users, content growth, consumption, conversion, gaps, risks)Enable requirements gathering before new developments or enhancements in Confluence and management of requirement execution of complex functionalities Build and maintain timelines, project plans, and communication artifacts to ensure everyone is operating from the most recent and accurate informationMaintain Confluence documentation with updated information on all articles, identify gaps and build continuous improvement plan to promote consistent documentation Active contribution towards technical documentation on Confluence Influence product and functional teams to identify opportunities to drive impactPerform risk reporting and scope management on projects, and identify and work to remove blockersIdentify decisions required to move a project forward, determine the decision makers, identify resolutions to blockers and ensure decisions are made to drive projects forwardBreak down strategic complex objectives into tangible practical programs that teams can successfully execute against Qualifications: - EDUCATION: Bachelor/MASTER’S IN COMPUTER SCIENCE or other related Engineering MATH or SCIENCE degree Technology Skills and Project Experience:experience in program management as TPM in product developmentexperience in building and managing Confluence articles and JIRAexperience in software development especially in web developmentDeep knowledge on Agile methodologyPrior work experience in full stack web development Knowledge on Postgres, Angular, typescript, java script and node. jsKnowledge on Software Development Life CycleCertification on scrum/AgileBusiness / Soft Skills:Must have solid presentation, communication (on complex technical solutions – to write and speak) and inter-personal skillsAbility to work effectively with globally dispersed team membersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA data-driven mindset, Ability to clearly communicate complex business problemsAbility to manage and make decisions about competing priorities and resourcesAbility to take ownership and lead communication on priority topicsMust be a strong team playerMust know to handle team dynamics in a fast-paced high-pressure environment Why us?
