Job description
The Pipeline Programs team, a part of the Global Sales & Pipeline Programs COE is looking for an analyst responsible for program management & design. The role is supporting Sales Programs operating units globally, and will be based in the US. This person will:
Leverage existing data (dashboards, reports) to conduct deeper analyses, inspecting positive / negative drivers of programs performance, to identify trends & drivers of overall results
Connect with partners (program owners) to understand actions taken
Build content to package up program details of standard process program, to be used by other regions or teams
Present standard process program to SPM Leaders in monthly SteerCo community calls
Sales Programs is an operational function at Salesforce that works directly with Sales Teams to ensure they are always targeting the right areas to sell in to. We help to get them sell smarter and more effectively, using data as a basis for all our decisions. We use our expertise and Business Intelligence tools to ensure our different Products and Regions are always reaching their full potential.
Prioritize & project run key standard processes & programs
Build a process to identify and scale standard methodology program content, ready to be replicated by other regions, and presented to Sales Programs leadership in monthly SteerCos.
Run virtual events to build a community & encourage networking between Sales Programs Managers
Required Skills/Experience
Some work experience, ideally in Program or Project Management, Enablement or Sales Programs
Experience launching & crafting repeatable business processes and/or sales programs, aligned to business priorities. Being responsible for new tools, materials or processes
Experience conducting data analyses to identify factors that had a positive/negative business impact
Strong communication skills
Desired Skills/Experience:
Experience working in a sales organisation, and collaborating with multiple partner groups
Be structured and organised, passionate about quality and have a strong sense of ownership on the work accomplished
Comfort to thrive in an environment where priorities change rapidly and require seamless pivoting to new projects. Get it done mindset to drive results under tough circumstances
Strong problem solving skills to find creative solutions to roadblocks
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & Salesforce tools required
