We’re seeking an experienced CX Training Lead to join our Group Support team in Barcelona (Hybrid) to ensure the training needs are coordinated and managed for the assigned delivery center ensuring a high training quality standard. If you’re ready to soar, we’re ready to take you there.

Key responsibilities: 

• Assess training needs across all functions for front office, back office, online, and offline.
• Design, deliver and evaluate training for both technical and soft skills.
• Create, manage, and maintain all training content.
• Conduct regular knowledge tests, analyse results, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Work with quality and operations to understand agent training needs.
• Responsible for maintaining a current training calendar roadmap.
• Conduct regular onsite visits to certify trainers, provide train-the-trainer session, and co-facilitate sessions as needed.
• Facilitate workshops and development sessions as required.
• Keep up to date with knowledge of our products, pricing, promotions and procedures.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong training content design ability.
• Knowledge of GDS such as Amadeus or Galileo is a must.
• Deep understanding of training processes and methodologies.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
