Our offices are located in Spain, in Madrid and Sevilla. The company brings together over 120 employees, with expertise in various technologies (Java, .Net, Python, Tibco) and other operational roles (Functional Analyst, Project Manager, Business Analyst).

MISSION:

Data Architect carries the deployment of the PF IT Data strategy which supports the PF Data strategy. Also, has to evaluate the needs and design how IT can address it through data solutions: models, applications, components, platforms, and infrastructure.

Under the responsibility of a Project Manager or a Scrum Master, the Data Architect contributes to the phases of the elaboration of a “Project Solution Document”:

• Reviewing business & project chapters and writing applicative, technical and infrastructure chapters.
• Acting from Investment Committee preparation including project defense in local & central IT project committees.

Co-build new data component:

• Support the setup and the deployment of a new data product within an existing entity squad (Event, Data Preparation, Big Data platform).
• Interact with local/central IT and production teams under the responsibility of IT Tech Lead or Product Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The activities cover functional and technical architecture layers, involving data capabilities (ingestion, processing, storage, exchange, management, access, …)
• Define the vision of data product and interactions with IS.
• Technology watch and advising.
• Design functional and technical architecture to align with business requirement and value definition.                                                                                               • Support DevOps and IT delivery teams in the implementation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Training:

• We are not looking for a person with a specific college degree, as long as it meets the other specifications of the position.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience minimal as Data Architect and 5 years minimal seniority in total.
• Experience in the IT sector is a plus.

Technology used: BigData implementation in BNPP dedicated Cloud environment:
• Object Storage, parquet/Iceberg, RDB, DataVirtualization.
• Spark Compute (Scala, Python).
• Airflow orchestration.
• Event (Kafka), streaming.
• Kubernetes.
