Conflict ManagementYour role in the teamEnsure all client's trades are sent correctly and on a timely manner to the Transfer Agents in charge of each fund we work with. Ensure that all confirmations for these trades are received correctly and sent to the clients. Liaising with counterparties to resolve any issues or queries related to tradings. Monitoring prices, market movements, corporate actions and other relevant information. Maintaining and updating data and documentation in the internal systems and platforms. Providing support and guidance to on the use of Allfunds’ trading services and tools. Collaborating with other teams within Allfunds to ensure a high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
