As a Senior Wholesale Coordinator, you play a vital role in the Rituals Wholesale team. Your primary responsibility is to provide central support to all Wholesale partners in Iberica, collaborating closely with Account Managers and Wholesale partners.
The ideal candidate possesses an in-depth understanding of Wholesale distribution complexities, utilizing partners' communication channels and promotional opportunities. As the key interdepartmental spokesperson, the Wholesale Coordinator executes these tasks excellently, contributing to the success of the local Wholesale team.

YOUR ROLE
- Execute and streamline existing project management processes for the commercial and administrative support of local Wholesale partners.
- Support the strategic goals of the local Wholesale organization by overseeing operations and administrative needs related to communication coordination, operational responsibilities, and sales collateral/events across Iberica.
- Provide support and coordinate the supply chain and point of sales, collaborating closely with Wholesale Account Managers, local departments, and the International Wholesale team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimal Higher Education (HBO). Educational background in an appropriate subject.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in FMCG / Retail in an administrative support / coordination role. Experience of working for a Cosmetics brands is appreciated.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point, with priority in Excel.
- Ability to understand and work with several management information and logistical systems.
- You have experience with ‘out of the box thinking’, hands-on mentality with positive ‘can and will do’ attitude and are passionate about skincare and beauty products and industry.
- You are a natural problem solver with strong customer, service and communication skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You are flexible with priorities and comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- You are highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
