The Marketing Operations Manager at PayRetailers will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing operations to support our growth in the digital payments sector. This individual will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with our focus on innovative payment solutions.
Job Duties & Responsibilities : - Coordinate and manage marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences, to enhance brand visibility and engagement in the fintech sector.
- Implement process improvements specific to fintech marketing operations.
- Develop marketing KPIs and ROI metrics, particularly focusing on customer acquisition, conversion rates, and payment solution adoption.
- Use data analytics to drive decision-making and tailor marketing strategies to fintech trends and customer behaviors.
- Lead marketing campaigns focused on promoting PayRetailers’ payment solutions and services.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, emphasizing lead generation and customer engagement in the digital payments sector.
- Standardize procedures to support scalability in a rapidly evolving digital payments landscape
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and technology teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing PayRetailers’ solutions.
- Ensure marketing operations align with the company's strategic goals in the fintech sector.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to new fintech trends and technologies.
Experience and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Fintech, or related field.
- +5 years marketing experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- +5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the fintech or digital payments industry.
- Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and data analysis tools, with a preference for those experienced in fintech applications.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven marketing strategies
