We are a dynamic interdisciplinary team at Blackmouth Games an indie studio driven by a vision to redefine the landscape of next-generation online gaming.

At Blackmouth Games, we strive to innovate and create unique experiences that push the boundaries of what is possible in the gaming industry. To achieve this, we are currently seeking a full-time developer to join our talented team.

Requisitos mínimos

- Experience on Video Games project management or similar.
- Experience with Agile/scrum.
- Strong knowledge on game development processes
- Strong knowledge on Google Drive / Excel.
- Organization Skills.
- Good multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English skills, both written and oral.

Requisitos deseados

- Have worked with jira.
- Previous experience working in the gaming industry.
- Experience with Unreal Engine 5.
- Master degree in game production/Project management.
- Bachelor degree in game design/development.
- FP of RRHH, Master degree on RRHH or similar.
- Blockchain NFT/Cryptocurrency knowledge.
- AWS knowledge.
- Reside in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

- Manage departments with small-medium sized teams on current generation platforms.
- Assistant the create roadmap with the lead and track it continuously.
- Identify risks and plan for mitigation in order to reduce impact on the content, schedule and quality.
- Provide pertinent information to the team such as milestone schedules, deliverables, reference materials, documentation, etc.
- Monitor the team´s daily progress with regular check- ins and meetings to ensure work is on schedule.
- Maintain a good standard of team motivation and create a great work environment.
- Help and mentor team leads to empower them.
- Manage outsourcing efficiently.
