⭐ Role Overview

Are you ready to be at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing positions in sales? The Sales Specialist role is pivotal to our company's growth journey. As a Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in engaging with prospects, uncovering their business needs, and showcasing the transformative power of Lodgify's vacation rental SaaS solution.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

• Sales Target Mastery : Drive success by hitting sales targets across the EMEA region, managing leads in both French and English.
• Outbound Calling Expertise : Dial into success by converting Marketing Qualified leads into satisfied customers through our proven consultative sales methodology.
• Engage Pre-Qualified Leads : Communicate with pre-qualified leads evaluating Lodgify for their vacation rental business, understanding their unique needs.
• Strategic Product Positioning : Identify customer requirements and position Lodgify’s products and services to not just meet but exceed those needs.
• Demonstrate Value : Showcase the exceptional value of Lodgify to their business, generating interest, and effortlessly resolving any queries.
• Online Demo Mastery : Master the art of effective online demos, creating a visual narrative that resonates with potential customers.
• Sales Closure Excellence : Seal the deal with vacation rental owners who are evaluating Lodgify, turning prospects into delighted customers.
• Lead Management Guru : Juggle a substantial portfolio by managing upwards of 250 leads per month with finesse.
• Collaborative Onboarding : Partner with our account management/onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for our new customers.
• Team Player : Play a pivotal role as a key member in the growth and development of our dynamic sales organization.
• Market Intelligence Maestro : Extract invaluable customer insights and market intelligence to actively influence product development and marketing strategies.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English & French .
• At least 2 year of previous experience in Sales.
• Knowledge or experience using Hubspot, Gmail and Google tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for SaaS solutions in the travel industry.
• Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment (Startup experience is a plus).
