Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.
Mission
Functions
- Help with the design and management of learning initiatives, using different channels and methodologies (online, blended learning, gamification, collaborative tools, conferences ), which fit specific needs, target audiences, region, function, etc.
- Curate, produce and develop innovative training content and aligned to the business priorities.
- Review and optimize the current learning offer. Participate in the design and update of the current training catalogs, presentations, and communication pieces.
- Evaluate organizational development needs and work on the strategic development requests, working on defining career paths, leadership and competencies models.
- Work with external partners and HR business partners to generate learning & development actions related to critical talent segments in the Company.
- Follow up on the programs and actions implemented (creating surveys, collecting results and work on conclusions) to ensure effectiveness, applicability, and a greater impact of learning & development initiatives.
- Boost the collaboration with main stakeholders (internal and external).
- Support with the communications and logistics of different learning & development initiatives: invitations, follow-up calls, reminders, etc.
- Stay informed of industry trends related to L&D to drive continuous improvement in process and programs.
- Identify and manage vendors that can help deliver L&D innovative and suitable initiatives.
Requirements :
- University Degree.
- Master Human Resources.
- High level of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (C1).
Previous experience: a previous internship in a multinational company's HR department is a plus.
