We are looking for a Customer Happiness Specialist to provide exceptional customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations and contributes to the success of the company's mission and objectives. Your challenge & roles: Deliver exceptional customer service Customer advocate within the company Collect customer feedback and insights Your responsibilities:   Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (email, chat, social media, etc. Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively Monitor order fulfillment and shipping processes to ensure on-time delivery Handle and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members Maintain detailed customer records and document all interactions Act as the primary voice of the customer and advocate for their needs and interest Collaborate with other teams (e. g. Product, Operations, Marketing) to provide insights and feedback from customers Identify and communicate common customer pain points and suggest solutions to improve the customer experience Participate in cross-functional projects related to customer service and experience Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and experience Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement Create reports and dashboards to share key insights with stakeholders across the company Develop and maintain customer personas, profiles, and segmentation to inform customer-centric strategies and initiatives. Skills & Background  Advanced English (minimum C1) both written and spoken It will be a plus if you speak other languages such as German, French, Italian etc. Good interpersonal skills and relations with peers, other departments and customers High level of empathy Intermediate IT skills An open mind to change: we have an ever changing, fast-paced and dynamic environment If you have some in ecommerce it will be greatly appreciated :) What do we offer?
