Shape the future with us!We're looking for a Member Success Manager to connect, guide and empower our members. You'll be the bridge between our diverse community and their path to success, acting as both a Matchmaker and Onboarding Specialist. This job can be done from anywhere, with quarterly travel in Europe for club events and team meetings. Are you a people person with a passion for building connections and supporting growth? What you'll be doingConduct in-depth interviews to understand individual needs, goals, and learning stylesAssess the strengths and expertise of mentors, advisors, and peers within the networkMake strategic matches based on compatibility, goals, and growth phaseFacilitate introductions and support initial interactions between membersProactively recruit and welcome new members through various channelsConduct engaging interviews to assess needs and identify ideal candidatesGuide new members through the onboarding process, answering questions and providing supportHelp members connect with mentors, advisors, and peers based on their needs and goalsMonitor and measure the impact of your matches and onboarding efforts, making adjustments as neededTrack engagement metrics and identify opportunities to enhance the member experienceDevelop and deliver onboarding training programs to equip new members with the tools and knowledge they need to thriveSkills & experience3+ years of experience in matchmaking, coaching, talent management, or similar rolesStrong analytical and assessment skillsExceptional interpersonal and communication abilitiesDeep understanding of the recruitment & staffing industry and its challengesPassion for building relationships and facilitating connectionsAbility to juggle multiple tasks and manage your time effectivelyA proactive and results-oriented approach to member engagementVery good level of English (C1) and one other European language (Dutch, French or German)The offerShape the future of our startup and our members' businesses success (direct impact, fast results)Join a small and agile team (short lines, fast execution)Work async and hybrid (with travel once per quarter)On our payroll or as freelancer, open for both type of collaborationsTipo de puesto: Jornada completaSalario: 20. 000, 00€-30. 000, 00€ al añoBeneficios:Eventos de la empresaSeguro médico privadoTeletrabajo opcionalHorario:De lunes a viernesFlexibilidad horariaRequisito de idioma flexible:Español no requeridoTipos de compensaciones complementarias:Bonus por objetivosPreguntas para la solicitud:Why should we hire you for this role?
