Job Summary:
- The Sales Representative is expected to plan and organize the sales and marketing of assigned brands/portfolios and to provide superior after sales service to our clients.
Job Description:
- Ensures Customer Satisfaction and engagement through the effective use of the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Understands company brands by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
- Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models and building rapport.
- Demonstrates company brands by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; test drives and explaining warranties and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collecting payment and delivering vehicles as required.
- Ensures revenue for vehicle sales meet or exceeds budget.
- Maintains the company positioning in its market segment by generating ideas to increase market share.
- Continuously updates knowledge of company and competitor products and services.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in sales and/or marketing
