A successful individual will be able to execute the following: As a Territory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our outbound sales model and fostering our high-energy work environment and culture. You'll work towards achieving key business objectives not only in your home store but also across 3-4 other retail store locations within the surrounding area, igniting sales, delivering exceptional service, inspiring employee engagement, and ensuring unparalleled customer experiences.
- Lead, inspire and develop our Mobilists (Outbound Sales Representatives) and Store Managers to achieve store targets and performance objective.
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to the sales field.
- Establish and nurture trusting relationships with customers and our Loblaw partners, delivering exceptional service and personalized solutions.
- Assist in the recruitment process by interviewing, onboarding, and training new Mobilists.
- Effectively administer performance management programs, driving key metrics through coaching and feedback.
- Follow the latest trends and industry development to enhance customer experience.
