Tahche Inc is currently seeking a dynamic sales leader to join as the Head of Growth for our office located in the Philippines. We are seeking driven leaders eager to dive in and make a tangible impact, motivated to construct a sustainable organic growth model. This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Hybrid set-up. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Transitioning the organization away from a founder-led sales strategy. Professionalizing the sales function- Build out structure, sales process, tooling, marketing, metrics, and playbooks. Leverage your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals as a player. As you succeed in driving sales, start building out a sales team that you will manage. Run cross-functional growth campaigns- Your primary objective is driving new logo sales growth. However, we believe sales, account management, marketing, and operations should work together. You will be expected to run cross-functional growth campaignsBusiness partner to the CEO- The sales leader of the organization should be the CEO's right-hand man. Formulate an overall business strategy and execute it. Managed Service Provider Sales experience- The sales leader must have previous experience selling in a BPMQUALIFICATIONS:Candidate may be a graduate of College/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and any other relevant fieldAt least five (5) years experience in B2B sales. Recruitment or BPO sales experience is a plus. Proven track record in inside sales, business development, or similar roles, catering to foreign B2Bmarkets.
